Malik mughith's mosque ( Fusion of indo-Islamic architecture )
This
mosque situated near Sagar Talab was constructed on the instruction of
Malik Mughith in 1432. After climbing 20 steps and crossing a 9 feet
high porch we reach the entrance of this mosque There are a set of 6
rooms on either side of the porch These rooms were used by visitors and
the staff. Just outside this room was a narrow gallery decorated with
pretty arches. The wall above the arches were plastered and painted red.
The porch leads to a hall that stands on a thin pillar.

The hall is 124 ft long and 5.5 ft wide. On the eastern side of the mosque is a huge courtyard that is divided into four uneven portions. The Masjid reflects Indo-Islamic style of architecture. The terrace above the western courtyard columns comprises of three domes that depict the Hindu style of architecture. (Source: MTPC, Dhar)

मलिक मुगीथ की मस्जिद ( इंडो - इस्लामिक वास्तुकला ) :
इस
मस्जिद का निर्माण मलिक मुगीथ ने सन् 1432 में करवाया था। सागर तालाब के
पास स्थित यह मस्जिद हिन्दू-मुस्लिम वास्तुकला का बेहतर मिश्रित रूप है।
मस्जिद की पूर्वी दिशा में बने प्रवेश द्वार तक पहुँचने के लिए 20 सीढ़ियाँ
और 9 फीट ऊँचे पोर्च से गुज़रना पड़ता है। पोर्च के ऊपर बनाया गया गुम्बद
हिन्दू शैली की झलक दिखलाता है। पोर्च के दोनों ओर 6-6 कमरे बने हुए हैं,
जो मस्जिद में बाहर से आने वाले लोगों तथा कर्मचारियों के उपयोग के लिए था।
इन कमरो के सामने ही सुन्दर शैली वाला मेहराब युक्त गलियारा बना हुआ है।
मेहरबान के ऊपर वाली दीवार के हिस्सों पर प्लास्टर कर लाल रंग से पोता गया
है।

पोर्च से गुजरने के बाद एक संकरे स्तम्भ युक्त हॉल में प्रवेश होता है, जो करीब 124 फीट लम्बा और 5.5 फीट चौड़ा है। इस मस्जिद के निर्माण में हिन्दू और मुस्लिम स्थापत्य शैली का प्रभाव साफ नज़र आता है। मस्जिद में पश्चिमी स्तम्भों के गलियारे की छत, तीन गुम्बदों को मिलाकर बनी है। (Source: MTPC, Dhar)
